Danny was so nice and quick! Thanks to him we have hot water again!

Danny with Desoto Air & Plumbing is the best! He is friendly, professional, shows up on time, explains the work, does a great job and cleans up after he finishes a job. He has done more than one job for me, and I will use him again and again.

Danny came quickly and efficiently diagnosed problems and gave great recommendations.

We went with this company after receiving 3 quotes for the same service. Their price was midrange, but affordable. Choates was our first quote and though we've used them before on some things, they were just so full of fluff with the offer that we saw through it. It was just annoying to be talked to like we were being pitched some timeshare without a thought in our heads. We went to Carrier for our third quote, but their salesperson got noticeably angry when we didn't sign on with him as soon as he gave us the quote making us extremely uncomfortable in our own home. This company was our second quote, and although we almost had our minds up to go with them, we do our due diligence when it comes to large expenses so continued with the third. We were not disappointed with Desoto Air and Plumbing. Patrick was the guy who gave us the quote and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I like that both he and the owner were competent no-nonsense sort of folks. I can't remember the installers name, tall slender white male. I think he had red hair. He was a nice guy arrived on time and we've had no problems with the unit since install. We waited to write this review, because we feel it's more accurate to wait. Love that this is a Mississippi business. More personable people who value integrity in my opinion. Confident in this major home purchase from this company. Thank you Desoto Air and Plumbing!

Desoto Air and Plumbing was a lifesaver for us. We had a service that we had to have completed to meet a deadline. We were not sure what we needed. Danny came to provide the service, unfortunately, he wasn't able to complete the service due to some issues he discovered. He worked with us to help find the part we needed at a reasonable price. He quickly rescheduled the appointment and installed the part very quickly. We are so grateful for the service, courtesy, honesty, and help that Danny at Desoto Air and Plumbing provided to us. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to our family and friends.

My heat was not coming on in my house. Patrick Smitherman with Desoto Air & Plumbing showed up on time around 8:30am. Within a very short time, Patrick had my heat working. We talked for a while about my 12-year-old HVAC unit and future replacement. Mr. Smitherman was friendly and very knowledgeable. I was satisfied and impressed with the service I received and will call Desoto Air & Plumbing for any future HVAC or plumbing problems I might have. Danny came out and took care of our service check on our year old system , showed up on time , took care of what he needed to do and even gave me some great advice for an older system . Very courteous and friendly as my mom is older and had questions, he was very patient with the both of us and that was greatly appreciated. Thanks you Danny and Desoto Air and Plumbing .

Called about no air and Danny came out with in a few hours and within a few minutes had the air back up and running. With a little one at home 80 degrees was not cutting it. I will for sure be using Danny and Desoto air for any other ac needs! Thanks again for the quick response

Danny was great. Called late at night and he showed up first thing in the morning. He identified the issue immediately, and was honest about the cheapest way to fix it. He didn’t try and bill me for work that we didn’t need. Honest and dependable! Will definitely use them for any other needs in the future.

Best people to work with! I would give 10 stars if I could. July 19 at 6:42 am I discovered my middle bedroom carpet was soaking wet! I woke my husband from a deep sleep (me trying not to sound hysteric) and told him about the wet carpet. He advised me to call Desoto Plumbing and Air as he said they got rave reviews. I called and left them a message. By 9:00 am Patrick Smitherman was at our house and guided us all the way! The issue turned out to be a pin hole leak in the attic. Needless to say all of this was stressful but thru the whole process Patrick was amazing as was the whole Desoto team. I feel they REALLY did go above normal to help us. Hopefully you will never need their services but when you do I highly recommend Desoto Air and Plumbing. Thanks Patrick for being so kind! Warren and Allene Little

Excellent service and they came out quickly! Danny is wonderful!!

Made the call that we needed someone to come out and check out our plumbing. Danny was here in less than 2 hours, evaluated our issue and diagnosed it and let us know what had to be done. Would 1000% recommend this company! They replaced our HVAC unit and we’ve been cooler since. We have peace of mind knowing that we can call on DeSoto Air & Plumbing and they’ll send great guys like Danny out to help us in our time of need!

Hottest day of the summer and our AC goes out, of course. Called these guys and within an hour, their technician, Patrick, was here checking the system. He literally had us up and running within 15-20 minutes! Amazing service, as always! These guys are literally the best in the area! Cant beat their integrity, service, or pricing! If you have a problem give these guys a call, you wont regret it. We have used them for heat, plumbing, and air, and a complete bathroom remodel. They have delivered nothing but stellar quality work every time!

Our AC stopped working on a Friday night and they came out first thing on Saturday. Took the time to explain what was wrong and go over all our options to fix it and what to do to maintain our system so it will last longer. Great experience, professional service, highly recommend!
